Ⅰ. Methods of producing methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride msd: intermittent reaction experiment


Make a certain amount of 25% maleic anhydride in methyl tetrahydro phthalic anhydride solution, add an appropriate amount of polymerization inhibitor, take 80mL of the prepared solution into the maleic anhydride solution storage bottle, and take 41mL of mixed C5 liquid into the C5 storage bottle. The ratio of the active component in C5 to the amount of maleic anhydride is 1.1:1, so that the constant temperature water tank keeps the water temperature stable at 44°C (the boiling point of C5 at room temperature).


The adjustment knob controls the dripping rate of C5, dripping at the rate of ld/3s, ld/4S and ld/5S. Ⅱ. Methods of producing methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride msd: continuous response experiment


Make a certain amount of 25% maleic anhydride methyl tetrahydro phthalic anhydride solution, add an appropriate amount of polymerization inhibitor, add the prepared solution to the maleic anhydride solution storage bottle, and take a sufficient amount of mixed C5 liquid into the C5 storage bottle. The constant temperature water bath at the location of the C5 vaporizer is maintained at 44°C.


Control the dropping speed of C5 and maleic anhydride by adjusting the knob to investigate the influence of the feed ratio on the response so as to change the temperature of the No. 1 constant temperature water bath. The feed ratio is the ratio of the amount of C5 active component material to the amount of maleic anhydride. For the influence of temperature, record the temperature in the reaction bottle every 15 minutes after the start of the experiment, and take samples for analysis. Finally, the preparation of methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride is completed.
